We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Platform and Document Management: Regularly monitor procurement platforms, download and fill documents, upload and update them, and organize tender documents.
• Logistics Support: Customer shipment booking and troubleshooting sample delivery issues with couriers and customs.
• Accounts Receivable Support: Invoicing and payment management.
• Other duties: As assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management; Biology background or relevant experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in biotech/medical devices or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Fluent English communication skills; native or business-level Italian speaking.
