Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role requires collaboration, drive, and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Platform and Document Management:
• Monitor procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) for notices and requirements.
• Download, fill out, and verify documents from suppliers.
• Upload documents timely and correctly.
• Maintain and update business documents regularly.
• Assist in tender preparation, organize bidding documents, and archive tender materials.

Logistics Support: Customer shipment booking and troubleshooting with couriers and customs.

Accounts Receivable Support: Invoicing and payment management.

Other tasks as assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields. Biology background is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in biotech/medical devices or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Native or business-level Italian speaking skills.
