We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role requires collaboration, drive, and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Platform and Document Management: Regular monitoring of procurement platforms like Mepa, managing documents, ensuring compliance, and updating records.
• Tender Management: Preparing, organizing, and archiving tender documents, supporting sales, and maintaining updated internal documents.
• Logistics Support: Customer shipment booking and troubleshooting with couriers and customs.
• Accounts Receivable Support: Invoicing and payment management.
• Additional Tasks: Other duties as assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields; Biology background is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in biotech/medical devices or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent or business-level Italian language skills.
