We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Platform and Document Management:
• Monitor procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) for updates on notices and requirements.
• Download, fill out, and verify documents from suppliers for accuracy and compliance.
• Upload completed documents in a timely manner following procedures.
• Review and update business documents regularly for accuracy.
• Prepare and organize tender documents, integrating necessary information and assisting sales teams.
• Maintain and archive business-related documents for internal bidding processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Support customer shipment bookings and troubleshoot delivery issues with couriers and customs.
• Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management; Biology background or relevant experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in biotech/medical devices or a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Native or business-level Italian language skills.
