Novogene Europe, fournisseur mondial de services génomiques, recrute un Spécialiste Commercial à plein temps. Ce rôle implique la gestion des appels d'offres, le soutien logistique et la facturation, nécessitant des compétences en organisation, communication et négociation. Les candidats doivent avoir un diplôme pertinent et au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement similaire. La maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'italien est essentielle.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. E-commerce Platform and Document Management: Regularly monitor procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) for updates on notices and requirements. Download, fill out, and upload documents accurately and timely. Review and update relevant business documents regularly.
  2. Tender Management: Prepare and organize tender documents, ensure proper filing, and maintain the latest versions for internal bidding. Archive tender materials post-submission.
  3. Logistics Support: Manage customer shipment bookings and resolve delivery issues with couriers and customs.
  4. Accounts Receivable Support: Handle invoicing and payments.
  5. Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by managers.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or Business Management. A background in Biology or relevant experience is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in biotech, medical devices, or regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of tender procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and native or business-level Italian.
