Job Description:

Novogene is a leading global provider of genomic services and solutions. Leveraging the latest next-generation sequencing (NGS), bioinformatics expertise, and the largest sequencing capacity in the world, Novogene provides unsurpassed data quality and fast turnaround time to all our customers.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver activities to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Platform and Document Management:
  • Monitor procurement platforms (e.g., Mepa) to stay updated on notices and requirements.
  • Download, fill, and ensure accuracy of documents from suppliers.
  • Upload documents timely following procedures.
  • Review and update business documents regularly.
  • Assist in tender preparation, integrating and filling documents correctly.
  • Organize and archive tender materials post-submission.

Logistics Support: Customer shipment booking and troubleshooting sample delivery issues with couriers and customs.

Accounts Receivable Support: Invoicing and payment management.

Other duties: As assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management; Biology background or relevant experience is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of similar experience, preferably in biotech/medical devices or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English and native or business-level Italian.
