Job Description:

Novogene is a leading global provider of genomic services and solutions. Leveraging the latest next-generation sequencing (NGS), bioinformatics expertise, and the largest sequencing capacity in the world, Novogene provides unsurpassed data quality and fast turnaround times to all our customers.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Commercial Specialist in the EU, reporting to the Business Operations Department. This role requires collaboration, drive, and excellent time management skills. You will work closely with different business sectors to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Platform and Document Management: Monitor procurement platforms like Mepa, download and fill out necessary documents, upload and update documents regularly, and organize tender materials.
• Logistics Support: Manage customer shipment bookings and resolve delivery issues with couriers and customs.
• Accounts Receivable Support: Handle invoicing and payment management.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by managers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related fields; biology background or relevant experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in biotech/medical devices or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of tender regulations and procedures.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Native or business-level Italian speaker.
