Job Description:

The role focuses on increasing Vector Renewables' presence in the Italian and UK markets by selling the company's main services:

  • Technical and Commercial Asset Management
  • Digital Asset Management Platform “NUO”
  • Technical Advisory and Engineering & Construction

The selected candidate will be part of the international sales team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, supporting senior management in Italy and UK.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, with support from Country Managers, in originating commercial opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets in Italy and UK.
  • Expand Vector Renewables' network in Italy and UK by identifying new prospects.
  • Organize and participate in meetings/calls with clients or prospects.
  • Update commercial interactions in the company CRM.
  • Prepare commercial proposals with support from various business lines, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain logs of proposals and report monthly during commercial meetings.
  • Report sales activities and market news to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the international sales team to maximize geographic footprint.
  • Support setup of new services and leverage networks in other Vector countries.
  • Assist in organizing events and webinars to promote services and brand.
  • Manage responses to public tenders for asset management or technical advisory services.
  • Gather feedback and price benchmarks to improve services and pricing strategies.
  • Engage with marketing teams to create online content and strengthen brand presence.
  • Support collection of Net Promoter Score twice a year.

Desired Requirements:

  • Self-starting, quick learner with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Team player capable of balancing sales objectives with workload across business lines.
  • Engineering background or experience in renewable energy preferred.
  • Existing network in the Italian renewable energy market.
  • Previous sales or business development experience is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
