Job Description:

The role focus will be to further increase Vector Renewables' presence in the Italian and UK markets by selling the Company’s main services, including:

  • Technical and Commercial Asset Management
  • Digital Asset Management Platform “NUO”
  • Technical Advisory and Engineering & Construction

The selected candidate will be part of the international sales team, reporting directly to the company’s Commercial Director, supporting senior management in Italy and the UK.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, with support from Country Managers, in originating opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets in Italy and UK.
  • Expand Vector Renewables' network by identifying new prospects.
  • Organize and participate in meetings and calls with clients or prospects.
  • Update the company's CRM with commercial interactions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain logs of proposals and report monthly on sales activities.
  • Report sales progress and market news to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the international sales team to maximize geographic coverage.
  • Support the setup of new services and network leveraging in other Vector countries.
  • Assist in organizing events and webinars to promote services and brand.
  • Manage responses to public tenders for asset management or technical advisory services.
  • Gather feedback and price benchmarks to improve services and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and business lines for online content creation and brand strengthening.
  • Support collection of Net Promoter Score biannually.

Desired Requirements:

  • Self-starter with quick learning ability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Team player capable of balancing sales objectives with workload across business lines.
  • Engineering background or experience in renewable energy preferred.
  • Existing network in the Italian renewable energy market.
  • Previous sales or business development experience is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
