Your role

As a Commercial Product Specialist (CPS), you are responsible for achieving the commercial targets of the Manure proposition within your assigned geographical area. You will coach and train the network of Lely Centers to pursue sales targets and maximize market potential, ensuring all activities align with the Business Team strategy and the Lely way of working.

You are the expert on the product you represent, channeling your knowledge through the distribution network with a customer-centric mindset. Together with your team, you share responsibility for customer satisfaction.

The CPS role offers ample room for initiative and creativity.

Your main activities

  1. Own and manage the sales funnel for the Manure proposition.
  2. Engage and guide the distribution network to excel in the manure business.
  3. Train the sales team on product knowledge, use of tools, and sales skills.
  4. Stay active in the field and update your team and international colleagues about market trends and opportunities.
  5. Shape and support marketing activities to create a unique customer journey for existing and future customers.

You will report to the Manager Proposition, responsible for South-East Europe & Turkey.

The role is based in Colturano (MI), Italy, and requires willingness to travel mainly within Italy, with occasional visits to the HQ in Maassluis and other covered countries.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed university studies.
  • You preferably have experience in a commercial role within agriculture or food-related companies.
  • You speak, write, and present fluently in English and Italian.
  • You are a confident communicator, comfortable with difficult conversations.
  • You possess a growth mindset, eager to learn and progress in the role.

Our Cluster

Our cluster is located in Colturano (MI) and supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiastic team of 40 people, based in Colturano and Istanbul.
