Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert

Position: Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert

Location: Milan, Group Commercial Department

Responsibilities:

• Develop monitoring and forecast models of Group performance/KPI, including offers, orders, win rate, and other metrics; prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with Commercial Areas and Group Subsidiaries to update commercial initiatives and maintain the commercial database.
• Support the execution and development of the 3-year Commercial Plan aligned with the Industrial Plan's economic and financial targets.
• Improve management of information and monitoring processes for commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate with other functions to assess the sustainability of the Commercial Plan and monitor potential opportunities.
• Assess and monitor risk topics (Country, Corporate, Contractual) to support go/no-go decisions for commercial initiatives.

Requirements:

• MSc in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 5-6 years of experience, preferably in consulting firms.
• Knowledge of mathematical and statistical models applied to financials.
• Ability to manage complex files and large databases.
• Proficiency in Excel for modeling forecasts and KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing reports.
• Excellent command of English.
• Willingness to travel globally.

• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and related systems.
