Webuild is seeking a Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert to join the Group Commercial Department based in Milan.

Responsibilities :

• Develop monitoring and forecast models of Group performance/KPI, including offers, orders, win rate, and other metrics; prepare regular reports.
• Engage continuously with Commercial Areas and Group Subsidiaries to update commercial initiatives and maintain the commercial database.
• Support the execution and development of the 3-year Commercial Plan aligned with the economic/financial targets of the Industrial Plan.
• Improve management of information and monitoring processes for the Group's commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate with other functions to assess the sustainability of the Commercial Plan, identifying potential opportunities and ensuring proper monitoring.
• Collaborate on assessing and monitoring specific risk topics (Country, Corporate, Contractual) to support go/no-go decisions on commercial initiatives.

Requirements :

• MSc in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 5-6 years of experience, preferably in prominent consulting firms.
• Knowledge of mathematical and statistical models relevant to financial analysis.
• Ability to manage complex files and navigate large databases.
• Proficiency in Excel for modeling forecasts and KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing reports.
• Excellent command of English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and related systems.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language such as French, German, or Spanish.
