What the job looks like

Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

1. Oversee the administrative aspects of commercial operations, such as master data flow and correctness of supply prices and cost quotations of services (projects, logistics, materials, special services), invoicing flow management (based on quotation, POs, contracts, SOW) via accounting to customer, manage the release of credit & debit notes, budget and forecast for bill back activities (maintenance, services, destructions), reporting of “other income” together with controlling.
2. System and process design, such as: design improved process set-up and implement adequate system support, continuous improvement of processes and systems, training of the involved functions, facilitate communication among teams and ensure customer expectations are met, be intermediate between production site, PM, supply chain, financial and business functions, build adequate communication channels with the customers, contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operational commercial management.

What you'll bring to the table

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

1. BA in business administration degree or comparable.
2. Previous experience in commercial, supply chain, procurement or controlling.
3. Data analytics, financial management, digital know-how.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Good communicator, problem-solving mindset, agility.
