Our Center of Excellence Implementation team is looking for a

Commercial Manager

As a Commercial Manager, you will support project cost controlling in our large-scale projects. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Cost planning and transfer of order calculations into cost budgets;
2. Preparation of the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and support for scheduling during the startup phase;
3. Preparation of customer invoicing plans;
4. Conducting project cash flow calculations;
5. Supporting the Supply Chain in issuing procurement plans;
6. Monitoring incoming costs during procurement, analyzing savings and losses;
7. Cost control of ongoing projects in collaboration with international SMS teams;
8. Performing plausibility checks of project resources with schedulers and budget managers;
9. Monthly deviation analysis and revision of cost expectations;
10. Providing ad-hoc evaluations for project decision-making;
11. Optimizing controlling tools and developing KPIs;
12. Identifying cost-saving potentials;
13. Developing and implementing monthly reports for project management and steering committees;
14. Supporting project expenditure, liquidity, foreign currency planning, and reporting for financial statements and billing.

We are looking for candidates who:

You Know

• Have a degree in economics with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification;
• Have several years of professional controlling experience in international plant engineering or project business;
• Have experience working in international teams;
• Possess analytical thinking skills and a target/result-oriented work approach;
• Think entrepreneurially;
• Are fluent in spoken and written English;
• Have good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
