Business Development and Sales Manager

This role focuses on driving business growth in the industrial bearings sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial spirit and be passionate about mechanics.

Working closely with the Marketing, Engineering, and Application teams, you will define winning business strategies and collaborate with OEM customers and industrial distributors to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Define business development and sales strategies for the industrial bearings sector.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to develop targeted campaigns and product offerings.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and industrial distributors to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and manage an indirect sales network with qualified agents.

Requirements :

  • Relevant degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or technical diploma with consolidated experience.
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in the bearings or related components sector.
  • Experience working with OEM customers and industrial distributors.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
