Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy, aligning with our overall business goals. This will involve managing key customer relationships, ensuring the achievement of sales targets across the Italian market, and leading the sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy that drives growth and expansion of our product lines
  • Manage key customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with distributors and partners to optimize terms and conditions
Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for a highly experienced sales leader with a strong track record of driving commercial growth in the Italian market. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the power generation or industrial equipment sectors
