Overview

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Consultant in Commercial Excellence to join our South Europe (SHE) Commercial Excellence team based in Milan. The role will primarily focus on the IT market and aims to enhance business performance by driving Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives and delivering actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the Go To Market Model and provide strategic analysis that supports key decision-making. This position plays a crucial role in enabling smarter, faster, and more efficient performance by generating insights and analytics that strengthen local commercial success while fostering regional collaboration. Key responsibilities include developing in-depth analyses, reporting, and automation solutions, while working closely with stakeholders to address complex business challenges and contribute to strategic initiatives at both local and regional levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial & Functional Analytics: Design and deliver high-impact sales reports and dashboards to support local and regional decision-making.
  • Own the Italian incentive calculation, sales target modelling, and price analytics.
  • Deliver analytical support for:
    • Pricing and quotation scenarios
    • Customer segmentation and account planning (CRM Management)
    • Loyalty and discount scheme modelling
    • Go To Market Modeling
    • Sales Force Effectiveness
    • Finance and Marketing Support (Budgeting, Forecasting, Marketing Plan, …)
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support cross-functional stakeholders with timely insights.
  • Design and maintain scalable BI solutions (Power BI, data pipelines, automation) to provide actionable insights and support commercial performance.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and IT leadership, enabling effective use of reporting tools and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Bring strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with proficiency in Power BI and experience in stakeholder engagement across regional and global teams.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong business acumen with focus on revenue growth and performance improvement
  • Skilled in Power BI (DAX, data modelling), with exposure to Salesforce CRM
  • Proficient in English (C1 level)
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment
