We are now looking for a
Commercial Diver
to join our team. The position is permanent and full-time, connected to our office in Livorno, Italy. Candidates should reside within a daily commuting distance from our office and be European citizens or hold a permanent residency visa.
What will you be doing
In this position, you will have the chance to make your mark on the shipping industry. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a dive team directly, overseeing the maintenance and repair of vessels and offshore structures both locally and globally. This will involve a wide range of tasks, from standard upkeep to more complex repair projects, under the direction of our superintendents.
The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for safety, leading people, and the shipping industry. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, a strong work ethic, punctuality, a growth mindset and a willingness to coach others continuously.
