Job summary

OBI Italy is seeking a Legal Counsel – Commercial & Digital to join the Legal & Compliance Department. The role focuses on supporting commercial and digital activities, drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements, and advising on commercial law, data protection and IP rights.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Law obtained in Italy.
• Qualified attorney with 3-4 years post-qualification experience ideal in retail or international law firms.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, competition, marketing and consumer law, digital law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to commercial teams on sales, supply of goods, marketing, digital and e-commerce initiatives.
• Deliver day‑to‑day legal advice and support the implementation of international business projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SPAs, website terms and conditions, prize contest regulations, sponsorships, agency/content creator contracts, NDAs and settlement agreements.
