Job summary
PUMA is seeking a Finance Business Partner to act as the commercial finance counterpart to Commercial Management, Sales Leadership and Key Account Teams in Umbria, Italy. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial controlling, financial planning, sales controll ing or business partnering.
- Strong analytical and digital capabilities with advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Act as Finance Business Partner for Commercial Management, Sales Leadership and Key Account Teams.
- Ensure trade-term compliance and monitor receivables and delivery stops.
- Develop rolling forecasts and midterm outlooks on net 1 and net 2 basis.
- Create business cases for special sales activities including clearance deals.
- Monitor customer P&Ls with focus on terms, profitability and marketing support.
- Develop BI reports and enhance reporting efficiency using automation and AI tools.
- Drive financial planning processes and monthly financial meetings.
