Experience and Responsibilities:

• Practiced law in Italy, either at a law firm or as in-house counsel, with exposure to key challenges in the role.
• Negotiate, draft, and review cross-border commercial contracts including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, marketing, SaaS, and technology agreements.
• Assist with global product development and launches by drafting communications, legal terms, and policies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and outside counsel on technology, product, marketing, commercial, regulatory, intellectual property, and consumer protection matters.
• Manage disputes and litigation in Italy and internationally.
• Guide global labor matters in alignment with company values and culture.
• Create and update legal forms, playbooks, and scalable tools for high-growth support.
• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments to identify new value opportunities.
