The Opportunity

We're currently looking for a passionate Commercial Advisor to join our Customer Engagement team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on providing exceptional customer service, enjoys problem-solving, and shares our mission of sustainability and innovation. If you have a genuine passion for the electric revolution, a deep interest in the automotive world, and want to be part of a high-performing team that strives for excellence, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will work directly with our customers and external partners, ensuring they receive comprehensive assistance via their preferred communication channel. Your ability to build trust, foster strong relationships, and adapt in a fast-paced environment will be key to helping us achieve high customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of Polestar. This position is based in Milan, Italy, with a hybrid working model combining in-person collaboration and individual focus time.

The Responsibilities

As a Commercial Advisor, you will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of the Customer Engagement team. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage inbound and outbound leads and customer interactions across various channels (phone, chat, email).
  2. Support and assist customers while coordinating RSA cases through Polestar channels and our support network.
  3. Occasionally visit the network of agents and support centers to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Handle all customer-related activities promptly, in line with global KPIs, delivering exceptional experiences.
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed, you should be customer-oriented, possess problem-solving skills, and work well collaboratively. You should be passionate about customer satisfaction and the EV industry, with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and trust. Flexibility and proactivity are essential.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Experience in customer care, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with various communication platforms.
  • Experience with administrative management of customer service.
