Position: Commercial Account Manager

Adecco Italia Spa, a branch of Busto Arsizio, is seeking a Commercial Account Manager for a company in Gorla Minore that will oversee sales of thermoplastic products applied across various sectors.

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and managing relationships with both national and international clients. The Commercial Account Manager will collaborate with key departments such as Customer Service, Quality & Control, Finance, Supplies, and Production to meet company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify business opportunities within assigned regions.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential markets and clients.
  3. Drive sales and business development.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  5. Develop sales strategies to expand market share.
  6. Identify and develop new clients.
  7. Formulate pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients.
  8. Develop and implement action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  10. Conduct regular client visits and provide reports.
  11. Participate in industry fairs and events to gather market and product information and engage with potential clients.
  12. Contribute to the development of new products and solutions.
  13. Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management.
  14. Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage budgets and sales forecasts.
  • Negotiate payment terms and oversee collections.
  • Assess risks related to currency fluctuations, credit, and market volatility.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and necessary adjustments.
  • Generate reports and statistical analyses for management.
  • Work cross-functionally with Production, Supplies, Customer Service, and Finance to align export activities with company goals.
  • Provide training and support to the customer service team.
  • Requirements include prior experience of 5-8 years in business development and commercial execution, preferably in the thermoplastics sector.
