Vivienne Westwood Srl is currently recruiting a Commerce Cloud Administrator for the Japan Market to join the IT department based in Milan.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall Japanese System Architecture.
• Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between Vivienne Westwood legacy systems and the Japanese system landscape.
• Maintain and develop technical requirements for Japanese System Architecture and Interfaces.

Criteria:

• Salesforce expertise: proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL; strong admin skills (permissions, security, reports, dashboards).
• SFCC knowledge: hands-on experience with Business Manager, site configuration, catalogs, promotions, system jobs, and OCAPI integrations.
• Technical skills: JavaScript, HTML/XML, backend development, hosting management, bug fixing, and code deployment processes.
• E-commerce operations: familiarity with ERP, payment, and shipping integrations; basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and workflows.
• Project & process management: experience in project tracking, stakeholder coordination, Gantt updates, and issue escalation.
• Collaboration: effective coordination with front-end developers, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
• Soft skills: problem-solving, adaptability to Salesforce innovations, and clear communication across teams.
• Language skills: fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
