The part you'll play

We are seeking a Collection Merchandiser to join our Florence Headquarters on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave .

The role requires previous experience in merchandising or buying within the fashion or footwear industry , and availability at short notice . Working closely with the Merchandising dept and cross-functional teams, you will support the development and execution of seasonal collections , ensuring alignment with the brand’s creative vision, quality standards, and market needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyse sell-in and sell-out performance, providing insights to guide product decisions
• Contribute to the definition of linelists and pricing structure
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis (product range, pricing, positioning)
• Support in the preparation of sales campaigns, including reports, buying tools, and product overviews for regional buyers
• Participate in collection briefings during showroom presentations
• Assist in the drafting of collection manuals with detailed product information
• Liaise with multiple internal departments to ensure timely and accurate product communication
