WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Manage the project business, by actively identifying and developing potential target customers, customer groups as well as already existing partners.
  • Detect customer needs and develop solution approaches and sales strategies by adapting existing product and service solutions with existing customers.
  • Establish and maintain a long-term and solid relationship to customers and decision-makers (e.g. supermarket chains, design office, distributor, etc.).
  • Acquire projects and follow them until completion.
  • Conduct customer visits and provide technical advice and support to customers regarding the system design. Prepare and conduct necessary sales material and activities, such as presentations, sales training, participation on trade fairs and events, as well as coordination with internal departments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor- or Master Degree in (business-) engineering focusing on building / supply engineering; heating or refrigeration and air conditioning technician, etc.
  • 4 years work experience in refrigeration market, preferably in sales or key-accounting
  • Experience in the field of project business (spec-in business) and in dealing with large customers and key accounts
Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise
  • Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
  • Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
  • Ability to apply financial or technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
