What You Need to Be Successful

• Master’s Degree in STEM subjects (recently or about to graduate)
• Less than 18 months of professional experience
• Fluency in English; another language will be considered a plus
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
• Innate aptitude for teamwork
• Personal drive and result orientation.
