YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As Cluster S&OP Manager, you will integrate S&OP and supply performance across regional functions and local clusters/countries. You will support the development of demand and inventory strategies to meet sales, service, and financial objectives. You will lead, develop, and influence best practices in forecasting and inventory management, acting as the main contact for regional and global S&OP teams and a key business partner to the cluster leadership team.

Responsibilities

1. Support demand and inventory strategy development.
2. Lead the cluster S&OP process, challenge assumptions, and manage supply chain R&O tracking.
3. Review supply performance, facilitate S&OP, coordinate new product introductions, and lead special projects.
4. Develop and implement forecasting and inventory management best practices.
5. Coordinate between regional and local teams, serving as the point of contact for S&OP questions.
6. Mentor and support the demand planning teams for continuous improvement.
7. Participate in the Cluster Planning & Logistics leadership team, making key decisions.
8. Collaborate with finance, marketing, and regional/global supply chain teams.
