Belmond cerca un Cluster Finance Controller per guidare le operazioni finanziarie di due resort di lusso in Sardegna. Il ruolo richiede leadership strategica, gestione delle politiche contabili e collaborazione stretta con i general manager.

La figura dovrà garantire conformità GAAP, budgeting e forecasting, nonché efficaci controlli interni e gestione tesoreria. Si richiede fluente inglese e italiano e disponibilità a ruolo in sede.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Director of Finance / Financial Controller in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong cluster / multi-property exposure preferred.
• Solid leadership skills with a commercial mindset and hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Supervisione controllo finanziario: vendite, acquisti, salari e spese e implementazione poliсe finanziarie.
• Reporting finanziario: redazione budget e forecasting, reporting mensile/annuale (GAAP).
• Prestazione finanziaria: monitoraggio budget e deviazioni, partnership con i GM e i responsabili.
• Tesoreria e fiscalità: gestione cassa, pianificazione e aggiornamento normative fiscali.
• Altro: supporto apertura nuovi prodotti, gestione rapporti con partner e uffici internazionali.

We're Hiring | Cluster Finance Controller

An exceptional career opportunity for a senior hospitality finance leader to join two ultra-luxury resort hotels in Sardinia in a cluster leadership role.

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Cluster Finance Controller to lead financial operations, controls, and business performance across two flagship luxury properties.

Key Responsabilities:

Financial Control:

• Overseeing all sales, purchasing, salaries and expenses
• Implementing and reviewing Financial policies
• Audit compliance including actioning recommendations and liaising with internal stakeholders

Financial Reporting:

• Production of monthly financial reporting GAAP
• Overseeing budgeting & forecasting process and long term planning
• Monthly and annual reporting

Financial Performance:

• Responsible for monitoring budgets and for reporting major deviations of over-expenditure, under-budgeting or non-compliance to the approved budget
• Business partner with two General Managers implementing controls, solutions, and action plans
• Assist the General Managers in establishing local policies, rules, internal controls and safeguards that ensure profitability and control of operations
• Advise and provide counsel to the General Managers, HODs and finance teams on all financial matters

Treasury & Tax

• Treasury management, cash planning, reviewing the cash position in order to optimize the use of funds and minimize the volume of cash being held in the business
• Review all changes of tax laws and accounting policies, assess their implications on the business and ensure the finance team implements appropriate changes

Other

• Support the financial function of any opening of new products.
• Assist with the accounting related to any hotel or other asset sales, product closure and ownership changes
• Together with the General Managers, manage the relations with third party, owners and/or partners
• Facilitate the best communication and reporting between the Belmond regional office in Milan and the Cheval Blanc corporate offices in Paris
• Communicate relevant information to the Divisional Financial Controllers and the General Managers
