As the Cluster Director of Commercial Sales, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them, embodying our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility. Sustainability, Wellness, and Out-of-the-Ordinary experiences are core to our brand. I will safeguard these pillars through strategic planning and development, ensuring all directives, practices, and initiatives are effectively implemented, embraced, and adopted across our properties.

I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operations of the Sales & Marketing department to deliver exceptional products and services aligned with brand standards. My key role is to drive the right business at the right price, ensuring our properties meet their occupancy, rate, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for each property, considering market segments and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Six Senses Home Office to establish clear strategic goals and long-term plans.
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process, providing market insights and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a robust sales strategy that maximizes revenue throughout the year.
  • Identify new markets and demographics for growth and lead the team to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Analyze revenue performance and monitor the sales department's impact on property profitability.
  • Propose and execute tactical promotions based on market conditions.

  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and its dynamics.
