Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. Under the supervision of the Administrative Manager, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the recording and reconciliation of all revenue generated in our hotel and its related outlets. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all revenue generated in the hotel and various outlets is accurate and recorded in compliance with tax regulations and accounting principles.
• Control and reconcile Co.Ge accounts related to data import operations.
• Reporting and monitoring of revenue by department and type.
• Reconciliation and monitoring of commissions applied to collections from the Mews management system.
• Formal and substantive checks on issued invoices and receipts, including the management and reconciliation of the tourist tax.
• Ensure that all refunds and various charges are supported by the necessary documentation.
• Monthly control and reconciliation of customer aging and prompt payments in line with company procedures.
• Recording of bank revenues.
• Cash operations such as deposits and currency exchange for various departments.
• Monitoring of any cancellations and related justifications.
• Monitoring of discounts applied and compilation of the relevant report.
• Credit card balancing.
• Bank reconciliations.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of legal provisions related to assigned tasks.
• Flexibility and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Able to work constructively and synergistically with the team to achieve common objectives, sharing projects, information, and resources.
• Analytical skills, proactivity, and a problem-solving approach.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and time management.
• Preferred experience in the role of at least 3-4 years or in similar contexts.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Good knowledge of Excel and general IT systems.
