We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and customer account management. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Invoicing and Billing and prepare manual invoice & credit notes where and when required.
  2. Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
  4. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies/enquiries.
  5. Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to follow up on outstanding payments.
  6. Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports.
  7. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports as required.
  8. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to billing and payments.
  9. Report on monthly accounts receivable ageing analysis and detailed accounts’ ledgers.
  10. Point of contact for Guest Ledger and liaison with Front Office.
  11. Process and timely issuance of Statement of accounts and follow up on delinquent payment.
  12. Provide ad hoc support to operations accounts team.
  13. Process credit applications, ensuring that clients are notified promptly and professionally.
  14. Maintain positive working relationships with customers to facilitate timely collections.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Relevant Qualification or experience in Accounting, Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Experience in Hospitality/Luxury hotels preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (French advantageous).
  • Effective organization, communication, and presentation skills.
