Intermonte, part of Banca Generali Group, is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst for the newly created Club Deal Division in Milan. The candidate will support club deal transactions, perform company valuations, and develop financial models with exposure to private companies and mid-market deals.

The role requires 4 years of relevant experience, a Master’s in Economics/Finance, fluency in English and Italian, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering or equivalent
• 4 years of professional experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, corporate finance, valuation or related fields
• Ability to analyse financial statements, business plans, market data and KPIs
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and valuation methodologies
• Proven experience in financial modelling and valuation of companies

Responsabilidades

• Analyse investment opportunities across sectors, focusing on private companies, SMEs and mid-market transactions
• Support due diligence, coordinate information requests, data room analysis and interactions with external advisors
• Analyse business plans, historical financials, KPIs, capital structure, cash generation and value creation potential
• Prepare company valuations using DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, sum-of-the-parts and LBO analyses
• Build andmaintain integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, assumptions) and draft investment memoranda
• Monitor investments, track performance and prepare periodic portfolio updates for investors
