The Customer Success team will drive change management and adoption activities with key business decision makers and IT decision makers, helping reduce implementation risk, driving usage of existing solutions, and identifying opportunities to accelerate the path for customers to realize business value from their investments.
We are looking for a highly motivated Azure Infrastructure Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) in our Global Customer Success organization. This customer-facing role encompasses responsibilities mainly focusing on migrations to the Azure Platform. You will own the Azure infrastructure technical customer engagements, providing expertise including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects, and pilots. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and success leading deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management, and Developers to drive core Infrastructure solutions and Datacenter migrations. You will implement technical strategies for customer success, drive upskilling initiatives, guide field teams in technical execution, and contribute to IP creation. Your role extends to fostering collaboration across groups for developing customer-ready content. You will act as a linchpin between field teams and the Global Customer Success organization, collaborating closely with the Product group to incorporate the latest advancements, and driving high-priority customer initiatives in collaboration with customers and the Microsoft field. This is a customer-facing role responsible for providing end-to-end technical guidance and expertise.
