Be the vital piece of the puzzle that connects us to the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve. You will:

  1. Lead IaaS/PaaS technology deals across the Financial Services market leveraging world-leading cloud offerings from Oracle: Cloud at Customer, Autonomous Database, and OCI. Aim to land, use, and expand deals into IT and LOB targets to realize value for customers that lead to continuous use and expansion.
  2. Promote and evangelize Oracle products to selected customers, partners, and internal audiences.
  3. Develop relationships and collaborate with partners to define, recommend, and drive sales.
  4. Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete territory and sector-specific coverage.
  5. Create appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories.
  6. Meet with senior customer contacts to build credibility and develop lasting relationships.
  7. Engage with Pre-Sales support for customer meetings to develop discussions further.
  8. Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists.
  9. Contribute to and lead account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions.

The primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services within a defined territory. Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities, managing accounts through the entire sales process—from prospecting and specifications to contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverage the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Build and expand business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.

  • A strong interest in technology, passion for sales, and strong communication skills.
  • 6+ years of experience in direct software sales, including Cloud Service experience within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Solution seller: able to quickly understand business needs and establish trust.
  • Able to drive a high volume of active opportunities at speed, closing deals within aggressive timescales.
  • IT and LOB: confident in pitching Oracle Cloud to both IT and LOB audiences.
  • Connected: able to utilize the Oracle ecosystem to navigate within a customer to identify targets and opportunities.
  • High prospecting skills: targeting, finding contacts, cold calling, securing meetings—using all methods to interact with non-traditional contacts outside installed base data.
  • Value-driven: able to identify real use cases for Cloud that provide value to the customer and lead to rapid expansion of original deals.
