Topcon seeks a seasoned cloud-focused project leader to drive delivery across a global team, guiding modernization, platform transformation, and software delivery for infrastructure and farming solutions.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and governance, collaborating with engineering, architecture, security, and product teams in a hybrid work setting with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience managing software, cloud, or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects involving cloud platforms, integrations, or modernization initiatives.
• Fluent English; excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Lead cloud and software development projects from planning through delivery with clear scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets and resources.

In this role, you will drive cloud-focused project delivery within a global cloud software team. You will guide cloud modernization, platform transformation, and software delivery across international partners and stakeholders. You help ensure clear scope, timelines, budgets and governance, while collaborating with engineering, architecture, security, and product teams. This position offers a tangible impact on Topcon’s cloud-enabled solutions for infrastructure and farming. You’ll work in a cross-functional, international environment with growth opportunities.

• Lead cloud and software development projects from planning through delivery with clear scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets and resources
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Product Management, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Drive cloud migration, modernization, integration, and platform transformation initiatives
• Support technical conversations around cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, security, and modernization strategies
• Provide clear project reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance across distributed international teams
• 5+ years of experience managing software, cloud, or technology projects
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects involving cloud platforms, integrations, or modernization initiatives
• Confidence with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills, with fluent English
