Job Opportunity: Cloud Engineer - AI & ML

Location: Treviso, Italy

We are seeking a talented Cloud Engineer to join a leading Italian company specializing in IT & Infrastructure services for Consumer, Enterprise, and Business sectors. The role is within the Data Center department, specifically in the Engineering team, focusing on designing and implementing large-scale Cloud architectures with ML and AI systems and applications.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Design high-performance, scalable system architectures suitable for AI and machine learning applications.
2. Monitor and optimize system performance: develop monitoring solutions and ensure the deployment and operation of machine learning models.
3. Collaborate with other departments to translate their needs into technical requirements and propose new AI use cases and applications.
4. Ensure security compliance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven experience as a System Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role, focusing on scalable infrastructures.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good command of the English language.
