Job Description: As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cloud solutions aligned with business goals, leveraging your expertise in AWS technologies, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise AWS cloud infrastructure with high availability, scalability, and security.
• Work with development teams to architect and implement solutions using AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Create automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code templates for provisioning and management.
• Monitor and optimize AWS resource performance, focusing on cost efficiency and utilization.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls, including IAM, VPC, and data encryption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Stay updated on AWS services and best practices, recommending their adoption.
• Assist in defining cloud governance policies, compliance, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Participate in designing hybrid cloud solutions integrating on-premises infrastructure with AWS.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or equivalent.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of AWS cloud infrastructure experience.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, IAM, VPC, and Security Groups.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.
• Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Elasticsearch, or Prometheus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in Agile environments is highly desirable.
