Role Summary

We're looking for a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to architect and manage our multi-cloud infrastructure. You'll be responsible for building scalable, secure, and automated systems that support our high-frequency trading platform and rapid business growth. This role demands expertise across cloud platforms, containerization, and CI / CD automation — with the autonomy to make critical infrastructure decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-cloud infrastructure using Terraform across AWS, GCP, and Azure platforms
• Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters with advanced orchestration using Helm for package management
• Develop robust CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps for seamless deployment workflows
• Implement comprehensive monitoring solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack to ensure system visibility and performance optimization
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with current Canary strategies while implementing Blue / Green deployment models
• Configure and optimize networking components including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing across cloud environments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible, CloudFormation, and ARM templates
• Establish and maintain security best practices across development, staging, and production environments
• Create detailed documentation and operational guides for infrastructure management and deployment processes

Requirements

Experience : 7+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering roles

Core Technical Skills :

• Operating Systems : Advanced Linux administration (Ubuntu, Debian, Cloud Linux, ecc..) with strong Bash scripting capabilities
• Version Control : Proficient with Git workflows, GitHub Actions, and pull request management
• Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS EC2 / Lambda / EKS / S3 / RDS, GCP Compute Engine / Cloud Functions / GKE, or Azure VMs / Functions / AKS)
• Infrastructure as Code : Expert-level Terraform skills (non-negotiable) plus experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Containerization : Docker image creation and management, Kubernetes cluster administration
• CI / CD : Proven experience building automated pipelines with testing integration and multi-environment deployments

Networking & Security : Deep understanding of cloud networking, VPC configuration, and security group management

Monitoring & Logging : Experience with observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK Stack

Languages : Fluent English for technical documentation and team collaboration

Bonus Points

• Experience in fintech, trading, or high-load environments with real-time data processing
• Background in high-frequency trading infrastructure or financial systems
• Expertise in advanced Kubernetes features and service mesh technologies
• Experience with chaos engineering and disaster recovery planning
• Certification in AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
