NTT cerca un Cloud Data Architect per un ruolo chiave nella gestione di progetti Big Data nella Città Metropolitana di Napoli. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza in ambienti cloud, preferibilmente Azure, e competenze nella gestione dei dati utilizzando strumenti come Apache Spark e Azure Data Factory. Questa posizione offre l'opportunità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e innovativo, con un forte focus sul bridging tra Data Science e Data Engineering.

Competenze

• Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in un ambiente cloud, preferibilmente Azure.
• Conoscenza delle metodologie Agile e Kanban.
• Competenze in scripting (Java, Scala, Python).

Mansioni

• Supportare i clienti nei progetti Big Data.
• Gestire l'acquisizione, trasformazione e caricamento dei dati in data lake.
• Collaborare con analisti e architetti di soluzioni per comprendere i requisiti.

Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Cloud Data Architect at NTT Data Gov & Tech, you will support customers in Big Data projects, collaborating with business analysts and solution architects to understand use cases, data needs, and objectives. Your responsibilities include data acquisition, transformation, cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading into data lakes for analytics and machine learning models.

Key Qualities: Knowledge of cloud-native environments, innovative problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge Data Science and Data Engineering are essential. This role offers an environment where Japanese and European cultures intertwine, ideal for Data Scientists seeking data preparation experience or Data Engineers interested in Data Science.

Required Skills:

• Experience in a cloud-native environment with at least one major public cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure); 2 years in Azure preferred
• Knowledge of Big Data architectures, both cloud and on-premise
• Azure infrastructure and networking experience
• Proven ability to build and deliver proofs-of-concept addressing specific business needs
• Experience migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud
• Monitoring distributed infrastructure using Azure tools or open-source tools like Grafana, Prometheus
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, Python, shell scripting
• SQL knowledge
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Kanban
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and other Azure ETL/ELT tools
• Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent in AWS, Oracle, GCP

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Additional Big Data certifications (Cloudera, Databricks, etc.)
• Experience with non-Azure ETL/ELT solutions (Talend, Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica PowerCenter)
• Data visualization experience with PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.
