About Fitprime Therapy

Fitprime Therapy is a Wellhub company dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health services. We are currently expanding our clinical operations in Italy and are looking for a committed and experienced Clinical Supervisor to help us scale with excellence, following the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

About the Role

As a Clinical Supervisor , you will be responsible for supporting and guiding our network of psychologists and clinical partners (CPs) in Italy.

You will ensure adherence to clinical protocols, coordinate onboarding, facilitate supervision processes, and help uphold the quality and integrity of our therapeutic services.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for professionals who are passionate about mental health, experienced in CBT, and excited to help build something impactful.

• Degree in Psychology and active license to practice in Italy;
• Postgraduate training and strong professional experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ;
• Proven experience as a clinical supervisor or senior therapist (having approximately 5 years of relevant experience will be considered a strong advantage);
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
• Comfortable with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms;
• Fluency in Italian and in English for internal communication (you will report to a manager based in Brazil).

Nice to Have :

• Experience with digital mental health platforms;
• Knowledge of corporate wellness programs or B2B health services.
• Manage the hiring process of new clinical partners (job postings, interviews, documentation review);
• Conduct onboarding and integration sessions for new therapists, ensuring alignment with company values and CBT methodology;
• Oversee the completion of mandatory trainings.
• Conduct individual and group supervision sessions based on CBT practices;
• Validate clinical materials and supervise therapy case documentation;
• Prepare and organize supervision reports;
• Monitor critical or high-risk cases, conducting follow-ups with clients as needed.
• Post relevant content and updates on the internal communication platform;
• Moderate and engage with clinical discussions and questions on the platform;
• Organize group supervision and support communities.
• Review anonymous complaints, define necessary actions, and liaise with internal teams;
• Support and align with CPs in the delivery of additional services or corporate programs;
• Validate communication materials related to clinical activities.
