IQVIA is looking for an Associate Clinical Operations Manager to accelerate trial start-up by negotiating site contracts and ensuring timely activation within a sponsor-dedicated environment. You will collaborate with investigative sites, sponsors, legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research contract management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes regulatory requirements and contract lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate clinical trial contracts with research sites and ensure timely, quality-compliant agreements.
• Manage contract changes and additional agreements while balancing business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Support contract planning and study start-up activities for assigned sponsors, studies, and programs.
• Help develop investigator grants, site budgets, contracting plans, and proposal documents.
• Prepare and negotiate contract terms, payment schedules, and budget templates based on project and sponsor needs.
• Work closely with sponsors, stakeholders, and regional study start-up teams to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Provide contract-related guidance and support to study teams on operational and financial matters.
• Gather and share contract and market information to support study planning and decision-making.
• Monitor contract activities to ensure timelines, milestones, and financial goals are met.
