You can join the Sales & Marketing Team as a Clinical Support Specialist in the Piemonte Area, providing technical support for Orthopedic Medical Devices products (hip and knee joints) for both new and established accounts.

Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales objectives and increase market penetration in the orthopedic sector. This position is eligible for sales incentives and commissions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing in-hospital set/implant procedures
  • Providing technical training and workshops to clinical staff
  • Promoting products
  • Building customer relationships
  • Order management and work-inventory management
  • Representing the company as a knowledgeable consultant in product selection
  • Maintaining relationships with KDMs and theatre staff to maximize long-term business
  • Practicing Defensive Driving according to Safe Fleet criteria
  • Completing all required HCC trainings with at least 95% or higher

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Nursing or proven in-field experience with over 300 procedures in JR
  • Deep knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures (12-36 months experience)
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both verbal and written
  • Expertise in instrument sets and capital equipment management in orthopedics
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly
  • Ability to acquire in-depth product and procedure knowledge and communicate effectively with stakeholders in the EP lab setting
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and responsible for business objectives
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Team player and independent thinker
  • Ability to influence and gain commitment
  • Valid driving license
