The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

We are looking for a Clinical Specialist (m / f /

  • who will cover the Lombardy region territory providing our Clients with clinical support, education, and training on Solventum medical device solutions into Operating Room, Intensive Care Unit and Oncology clinical settings. The role will also have Commercial responsibility by looking after and developing the Client territory assigned.

Skills

  • Participating in customer events (congress, workshop, hospital meetings, etc)
  • Supporting product testing and demo
  • Developing and managing favorable relationships with key decision makers
  • Driving utilization of the Solventum product portfolio
  • Analyzing Sales, Market and Opportunity data to drive and adjust own sales plan
  • Managing the sales cycle from opportunity identification to order execution
  • Using Evidence-Based approach in the sales calls
  • Developing a territory sales plan
  • Managing the entire tender process, in close collaboration with Bid Office

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Clinical is preferred)
  • Ideally previous sales experience in medical device market
  • Strong knowledge of Hospital (tender-driven) mechanisms / dynamics
  • Value-selling skills, Consultative approach
  • Great presentation and networking skills
  • Good level of English knowledge (spoken and written)
  • Ability to travel across the assigned territory

Location : This role is remote in Lombardy

Travel : May include up to 80% (domestic / within Lombardy)
