Location: Italy (Northern region preferred)

Salary & Benefits: €5,000/month - €8,000/month(fixed package, negotiable, including allowances). Travel expenses covered by the company.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Development:

Collect and analyze clinical market insights in Italy to provide localized marketing strategies.

Conduct product training (hardware, algorithms, cloud platforms) for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutions.

Stay updated on competitor activities (ResMed, Weinmann, etc.) and develop competitive sales strategies.

2. Sales & Business Growth:

Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, hospitals, and HCPs to achieve regional sales targets.

Monitor market trends in sleep therapy and identify new business opportunities.

Work closely with HQ sales teams, providing regular sales reports and market updates.

Maintain efficient communication with internal stakeholders to align strategy and execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fluent in Italian & English (mandatory). Must have a valid driver’s license.

5+ years in medical device sales, preferably in ventilators/sleep apnea therapy & HCP engagement.

Strong business acumen and ability to build client relationships.

Ability to quickly learn technical product details and conduct clinical training sessions.

Competitor experience (ResMed, Weinmann) is a strong plus.

Existing network in Northern Italy is highly preferred.

Flexible for frequent travel within Europe (customer visits, medical conferences, etc.)
