About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Sales Representative for Calabria. This role is ideal for a clinical or sales professional eager to build a successful career with Boston Scientific in a sales capacity.

The ideal candidate holds a biomedical engineer or nursing degree, with experience in an operating room or hospital sales. Proficiency in English at an upper intermediate level or higher is required.

Role Responsibilities
  • Developing annual strategic plans by analyzing market data, trends, and competitors, providing insights to sales and marketing teams.
  • Supporting Regional Sales Managers in understanding client needs to develop effective account strategies.
  • Providing clinical support during procedures, after comprehensive training, serving as a key contact for medical staff.
  • Identifying and reporting sales opportunities through clinical support activities.
  • Delivering product in-servicing, evaluations, and ongoing education to maintain and grow market share.
  • Participating in industry and customer events and meetings.
  • Assisting in gathering intelligence on tenders and negotiation opportunities.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to improve service quality and develop proactive plans.
  • Conducting clinical training, supporting therapy development, and managing evaluations to secure market share.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems and coordinating with sales and contracting teams.
Candidate Profile
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare role, including internships.
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Nursing.
  • Fluent in English and the local language.
