Masimo Corporation in Italy seeks a Clinical Sales Representative to combine clinical expertise with a commercial mindset to expand Masimo's presence across hospitals and private clinics. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians and key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and support customers throughout the sales cycle—from engagement to demonstrations and education.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare sales.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics and clinicians across the territory.
• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities for Masimo's patient monitoring technologies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to post-sale follow-up.
• Develop strategic account plans and coordinate internal resources for execution.
• Provide clinical expertise and support for Masimo products in critical care environments.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, training and education sessions.
• Support hospitals in transitioning to Masimo solutions.
• Represent Masimo at congresses and regional events.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast opportunities and monitor market trends.
