A leading pharmaceutical company seeks a Clinical Research Medical Advisor to manage and support clinical studies across various therapeutic areas. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the rapid initiation and conduct of clinical trials. A medical degree and experience in hematology or neuroscience are preferred.

As a Clinical Research Medical Advisor, you will play a key role in providing clinical, strategic, and tactical leadership to support trials and clinical development plans with medical and clinical accountability, directly impacting the efficiency of clinical trial conduct.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities include :

1. Managing studies from a medical / clinical perspective, demonstrating problem-solving skills and mediating complex clinical / medical issues.
2. Adapting quickly across different therapeutic areas and indications.
3. Leading through effective communication, proactive cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining high energy and motivation.
4. Providing clinical development and indication expertise, collaborating closely with the Clinical Operations Organization to ensure rapid trial startup, recruitment according to timelines, early identification of delays, and robust recruitment mitigation plans.
5. Reviewing and resolving local medical issues or questions, and supporting discussions with global teams when necessary.

What you’ll bring to the role :

• Medical Degree (preferred)
• Experience in hematology or neuroscience (preferred)
• Experience in clinical development
• Proficiency in Italian and English
