Job Title: CLINICAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Location: Siena - Italy

Department: Clinical

Philogen S.p.A., a biotech company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and a leader in the development of innovative anti-tumor therapies, is expanding its clinical activities and will be opening a new office in Milan. To support this growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified CLINICAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE to join our team.

In particular, the successful candidate will take care of:

1. Site initiation, monitoring, and close-out in accordance to GCP.
2. Monitoring visits and site management of national and European centres.
3. Tracking patient recruitment and enrollment.
4. Evaluating integrity and quality of patient data and investigator study file.

The ideal candidate should have:

1. A good scientific background.
2. An excellent level of English, both written and spoken is a mandatory requirement.
3. A basic level of German language would be preferable.
4. The ability to travel frequently.
5. A high level of attention to detail.
6. The ability to work independently.
