About the Client Solutions Team

The Client Solutions team is responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. They collaborate with top agencies and brands across Europe to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of TikTok.

Responsibilities

  1. Educate brands and ecosystem partners (media agencies, creative agencies, consulting) on TikTok marketing product solutions and measurement.
  2. Drive media strategy, planning, and implementation of media campaigns to meet partners' business goals.
  3. Support and collaborate with the Brand Partnerships Manager and Industry Activation Strategist on pre-sale research, strategy, and pitches.
  4. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
  5. Manage and grow post-sale partner relationships with brands and agencies.
  6. Present findings and insights in a consultative manner to partners and collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
  7. Monitor and analyze ad campaigns to identify optimization opportunities for performance improvement and scaling.
  8. Work directly with product & engineering teams to troubleshoot partner issues on the platform.
  9. Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a long-term, consultative approach to building productive partner relationships, in collaboration with the Brand Partnerships Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing or account management within brands, agencies, or ad tech.
  • Willingness to work in Milan, Italy.
  • Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms and ad tech products.
  • Full funnel advertising campaign experience, including performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for social media and entertainment.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Italian.
  • Knowledge of Media & Entertainment, Sport, Education, Apps & Telco industries is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders' interests simultaneously.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and engaging with C-Level stakeholders.
  • Experience managing highly structured businesses.
  • Deep understanding of measurement solutions and how to leverage them to demonstrate TikTok's value to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, due to interaction with vendors and external stakeholders in the Greek market.
